About Markette Properties

Mr. Markette is a US Navy veteran who served his country in the 1980s and 1990s. After exiting the Navy with an Honorable Discharge, he bought his first rental property. He then went on to work in the manufacturing industry in Minnesota, ran an air separation plant in Colorado, and operated facilities in San Antonio, TX. In 2012, Markette Properties was born. They specialized in finding homes, rehabbing them, and then renting them out to tenants. Over the years, Mr. Markette has expanded the business. He actively looks for homeowners needing to sell their houses quickly, he works with sellers who are behind on mortgage payments, and he helps to negotiate short sales. Mr. Markette has been married to Christine for over 25 years. They also have three grown children living throughout the United States.
